Cancellations 

Please notify us within 6 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order.

 

 

Returns

At this moment, we're only accepting exchanges. If you are interested in exchanging an item please do so within 7 days.

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

----Please note----

  • You have 3 calendar days from receipt of package to notify us of any damages or errors.
  •  Once we have received your message and reviewed the item(s). We will send you a message with the next steps.
  • If we are in error, we will send you a replacement, if it is unused. Please note: Based on this condition we reserve the right to deny the return. (i.e., any usage, burn marks, etc...)


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom orders are made to order so we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom purchases

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are acceptable within 7 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
